COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's soccer team was dealt its first loss on Monday, but votes for the first regular season NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll had already been cast for the week, leaving the Blue Raiders still in control of the top billing.

Lindenwood (Mo.) University topped Lindsey Wilson 2-1, snapping the Blue Raider's 15-match winning streak. The game was tight, remaining tied up until the 75th minute when Lindenwood's Simon Harrsen scored his first goal of the season to seal the win.

Lindsey Wilson gets back to action at 7:30 p.m. CT on Friday as it hosts Auburn University Montgomery in the nightcap of a doubleheader with the women's team.

Simon Fraser (B.C.) University trails the Blue Raiders at No. 2 with 566 points, while the University of Rio Grande (Ohio) rounds out the top three with 558 points. Lindsey Wilson secured all 21 first-place votes for 591 points.
