COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College swimming coach Alicia Kemnitz announces the signing of Russellville (Ky.) High School's Corey Hall to an NAIA Scholarship, the school announced on Friday.

Hall, who also swims for the SKY Club Team out of Bowling Green, Ky., is the state long-course champion in the 200-yard butterfly. Hall finished fourth in the state in the 100-yard fly this past season and is a six-time state qualifier, with the first in the sixth grade.

The Russellville native holds school records in the 100-fly, 200-IM and 500-free. Hall also won the regional championship in the 500-free in 2006.

Hall, who lists his greatest swimming accomplishment as lowering his best time in the 200-fly to one minute and 54 seconds, is excited about the opportunity to help build a new program.

"Getting to join the Lindsey Wilson team was a great offer and I'm looking forward to arriving on campus and helping build a new team."
